Selah is a mysterious word from the bible, interpreted as: the interlude between the verses. The pause to let the music, the prayer or the lyrics sink in your heart. My mission on earth is to give people a moment to pause. To go inward and to feel that everything you need is already there, right there in your heart. 

I feel as a human race, we forgot what life is actually about and we get distracted with so many things that it is a rebellious act to be present with yourself. 

To me, life is about doing what you LOVE and what inspires your soul and ignites your spark. I believe that if we listen to our hearts and act, speak and move from that place everything else will flow. Naturally.

I am here to remind you.

My name is Anne, originally from the Netherlands and currently living in the South of Spain. I love nature, music and am an admirer and explorer of the journey called life and all it's beauty and challenges. 

My passion lies in creating a sacred moment—a pause from daily life—where you are gently guided back into presence.
Presence with yourself. With everything that is alive inside your body, your heart, and your mind.
I believe this is one of the most powerful gifts we can give ourselves.

I see presence as a dance.
You live your full, beautiful life, and there are moments when you move inward—going deep into your being to feel your needs, your truths, and your desires. And then you move outward again. This rhythm is very human. The more we embrace this dance,  the more we can play with it and the easier life will get.

 I am here to guide you in this dance of presence.

My journey with presence began with Sound Healing in Nepal in 2018. There I learned to play the singing bowls and developed my own intuitive way of working with healing frequencies—creating music that invites you on a sacred journey back to your heart. 

Over the years, I began to combine sound with slow, gentle movement through Yin & Sound Yoga. This is where I deeply felt how essential it is to integrate the body into our practices. From there, I discovered the power of somatic work.

I love the simplicity of Somatic Work: gently guiding you back into your body when the mind wants to escape, or when we fall into the habit of avoiding discomfort at all costs. My intention is to help you trust your body again—to listen to it, and to work with it as an ally.

In my Tarot Readings, I offer the same presence. I give voice to the messages that want to be heard about what is alive in your inner world right now. So you can receive this information, integrate it, and take the steps that bring you closer to a life lived from your heart.
